Key Accomplishments:  Project Manager for the largest Project in the Company DC 663 Villas/37 Substations and 9 Mosques in addition to the courtyard external works and utilities Phase 4 Ruwais Housing Complex for ADNOC  Having ADNOC approval and handled two planned project managers for this project alone  Successfully deliver the project to hand over and de-snagging stage in 14 months after the project was in slow progress, so as in two and half years before my joining the certified amount for progress of works was only 1.5 Million Dirhams and in my presence and management, I got 500 Million Dirhams certified for a total MEP works value of 650 Millions of Dirhams
