• Working as a School social and emotional consultant, Psychotherapist and mentor with NH Goel World School and Krishna Public School for the last six years. Responsibilities include training, coaching and guidance of students, organizing workshops and trainings for other stakeholders like Parents, Teachers and School staff etc.
• Won excellence in Counselling Award from Expressions India, New Delhi. My work enabled NH Goel World school to achieve NABET accreditation for Best Counselling .
• Social and emotional Consultant and advisor with Television channel IBC 24, Doordarshan and Dainik Bhaskar newspaper as well as Chhattisgarh Police Headquarters on relevant contemporary topics like Blue whale internet game threat, Amendment to POCSO Act etc. Some of the important workshops and individual activities that I have organised at all organisations that I am associated with are :-

• Launched an independent Social and emotional guidance and training Centre Metanoia :The Positive Mind offering freelance services like relationship and lifestyle related interventions, young adult issues like interpersonal relationships and work place related stress, child & adolescent Counselling, student career guidance as well as online counselling.
• Neurologists from different hospitals refer patients to me where only individual’s behavioural and belief systems have to be addressed using appropriate therapy. In addition I also provide services as a visiting Trainer for educators and children to outstation schools and institutions on specific requests.
