Developed a derailed RFP for the proposed design consultants by getting sufficient input from the client and their various stake holders
Short listed potential design consultants after evaluating their technical capabilities
Finalized design consultant through a detailed techno-commercial evaluation process
Created a project specific design management team (Architectural/Civil/Interior/MEP)
Chaired all design review meetings and recorded major decisions and provided approval to the designers to fast track the design and deliverables

Projects: 5 Star Beach Resort in Goa, India
Key Result Areas:
Managed the project as a site based Clients’ Representative by identifying the core issues and addressing them in the right manner for timely delivery of the project
As required, provided on site representation during all construction related activities
Developed and closely monitored schedules for the project construction phase
Worked closely with the head office based procurement team for the timely delivery of the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) and long lead items, coordinated for Purchase orders, FF&E tracking, installation, punch list closeout etc
Assisted owners in determining the amounts due to any contractor for the work performed on the project and reviewing change orders or construction change directives for the Project
