Mr. Panghulan is a Registered Electrical Engineer in the Philippines with almost one and half years of experience in a construction company . That construction company is a general construction wherein he learned how to read different kind of plans such as Civil , Structural, Architectural , Mechanical, Fire Pro , Electronics and Electrical. He also design electrical plans that applying in their construction sites. As an electrical engineer , he managed orderly the works and task that given to him. By his perseverance he became a Project in Charge in a multi-million project and handled hundred of workers in their construction sites.
