• Promote and execute quality standards inspection processes test methodology.
• Perform audit/ surveillance activities in all Departments for procedure and monitor production process. Determine significant deviations from approved quality plan and other non- conformances.
• Knowledgeable on all Manufacturing Software such as [MES, EES , SPC]
• Generate Analysis Tool [ 5 Why Analysis , Fish Bone Diagram , FMEA and Turtle Diagram]
• Update and Establish the 5 Manufacturing Standards [Process Specification, Work Instruction , Equipment Specification , Material Handling , Environment and Safety Specification]
• Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with all production Dept. Managers/ HOD’s/Team to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
• Review client’s QC requirements and insure quality control documentation for a project meets standard requirements
• To control and direct all QC inspectors to maintain their responsibilities
• Provide responses based on root cause analysis for quality issues, customer complaints and corrective action requests
• Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
• Analyzes data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis tests.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
