Duties & Responsibility
Generate sales of company Products in the region through a team in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets.
Traditional Market - Grocery’s
Handling Van Sales Team-Traditional Market Grocery’s.
Close monitoring of van sales operation and assuring proper implementation of strategies, defining the yearly plan and reviewing the same on a monthly basis
Maintain necessary sales records and statistics of individual’s party
Keep on the Sales trends of ours as well as competitor’s Product
For Modern Trade/Retailers
New listing, Promotion Plan, Social Media campaign, Market survey, Product analysis, Price analysis, Competitors promotional activities. Listing Agreement, Rental Agreement,
Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region
Coordinate and follow up with the Factory to ensure that adequate inventory stock of products is maintained for the region in order to meet the sales delivery schedules and provide the distributors with superior levels of service and meet the needs of the Customer
Trade Marketing
Listing /In store display/Sales incentives/Sampling/POS Materials/Other type of Promotion.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Create and implement events and promotional plan according to the customer calendar and implementation of the same

Sales forecasting for next month Production

Attending team meeting, next month sales planning and target achievement
