As consultant I am responsible for providing safety and risk control services to reduce client risk profile for client list includes Insurance companies, contractors, industrial facilities, large and small manufacturing, municipalities, office environments, and etc., with talent, skills and work ethic expectations. • Expertise in safety management, covering the identification and assessment of risks, development of plans specific to individual work activities, and continual adherence to company-approved policies and procedures. Able to train and mentor safety teams and engineering personnel in understanding and applying the best safety practices to prevent serious incidents while improving performance in all areas.
Able to create safety training presentations to cover most training requirements. Able to produce HSE policies and procedures, company manuals, and emergency response procedures to optimise organisation. Prepare Fire safety prevention and protection plan. Conduct workplace HSE Inspection and Audit.

• Lead Project Health, Safety & Environment section and advise the project team on HSE Objectives and targets.
• Review the management of change and carry out HSE gap analysis for various activities through review & Audits.
• Prepare HSE deliverables and generate KPI reports for management.
• Review HSE Plan, Method statement and Risk Assessment for ongoing activities.
• Manage the Accident/Incidents and review HSE trends to improve performance.
• Perform Root cause analysis on Non-conformity for Corrective and Preventive actions.
