Duties and Responsibilities:

• I was responsible for heading the Pre-Sales team & Project team. Design, estimation, documentation, Project planning, Execution, Material Delivery, Commercial Activity, Invoicing & handover of the Integrated ELV Infrastructure Solutions were all done according to customer specifications.

• Analyze the site conditions and accordingly prepare the design for the project. Coordinating with
Contractors, Consultants, service providers to get detailed information related to the Project.

• Estimating and Preparing Bill of Quantities for the Project and submitting Quotations to the Contractors, Clients, Consultants (Procurement Department).

• Define project structure, work packages and bidding strategy.

• Coordinating with various suppliers & manufacturers to find out the suitable product and for price
negotiations to meet the customer’s budget and requirements.

• Work closely with the Divisional Manager & AHJ’s to develop opportunities with customers.

• Support sales by interfacing with existing and prospective customers to determine their technical requirements and to develop complex technical solutions.

• Take ownership and act as the interface between customer and internal departments to resolve technical issues and support the Execution Team for any technical issues by giving them feasible solutions.

• Assist the execution Team to deliver the required Materials according to different projects. Assist Lead QA/QC Engineer in the preparation of the daily, weekly, monthly reports and Project’s Managers Monthly report (PMMR).

• Coordinate and meet service providers to solve any issues related to design & submittals. Meet clients, contractors during the final bidding stage for high budget projects.

• Coordinate with the operations department to solve any issues related to the design & estimation of the
Project during implementation.

• Assigning roles and responsibilities to Engineers, Supervisors to target maximum productivity.

• Guiding Engineers in Preparation of material submittal, method statements & Preparation of close out documents such as as-built drawings, warranty certificate for various projects.

• Coordinating with Etisalat and DU Officials for Construction NOC, Material approvals of telecommunication system & Coordinating with Dubai Police Consultants / Abu Dhabi Monitoring and Control Center for Design, Material approvals of Security Systems.

Projects were handed on Turn Key Basis. Based on priority, the issue will be closed out and handed over to the client as per project & execution Plan.
