1.Project DAMAC TOWERS by PARAMOUNT( PROJECT MANAGER-MEP)
MEP Project Manager Work includes:-
1-Lead and Communicate with Field Supervision, Subcontractors and Vendors to assist them in working to the Project Schedule as it pertains to MEP’s
2- Administer financial aspects of the Owner’s contract, subcontracts.
3-Build effective working relationships with all shareholders and DAMAC team members
4-Project Start-Up
5-Review the general contract and contract documents and confirm the budget setup and project milestones in conjunction with Project Lead
6-Create a schedule of values and project logs, plan for project safety and mobilization, including review and validation with team members
7-Review subcontractor references, obtain Subcontractor bonds, and maintain project files
8-Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings, document control logs, Owner, Architect and Subcontractor correspondence
9-Attend all schedule and management MEP meetings necessary to monitor and manage the project, chairing as appropriate
10-Financial Management
11-Manage all requisitions and payments including lien releases and project payroll and maintains best possible cash flow throughout the project, communicating issues proactively
12-Project Closeout.
13-Deliver all necessary manuals to the Owner consolidate project documentation and files 14-Manage subcontractor closeout, transfer of utilities, owner training, and punch list process.
15-Deliver all warranties, as-builts and training.

Altorath Consulting Engineers (May 2013- Apr 2015)
1. Project Military School located in Sharjah for (Client: U.A.E ARMED FORCES) of (400m UAE Dirham) (Position occupied, MEP Manager)

1. Project the Conrad hotel (GF+5 podiums+50 Floors).Dubai-UAE & Project Saadiyat Villas, Abu Dhabi-UAE. Construction Manager Work includes:-
1-Lead and Communicate with ETTS Field Supervision, Subcontractors and Vendors to assist them in working to the Project Schedule as it pertains to MEP’s
2-Represent ETTS with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractor.
3- Administer financial aspects of the Owner’s contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders
4-Build effective working relationships with clients and the ETTS project team members
5-Project Start-Up
6-Review the general contract and contract documents and confirm the budget setup and project milestones in conjunction with Project Lead
7-Create a schedule of values and project logs, plan for project safety and mobilization, including review and validation with team members
8-Purchasing process and document control
9-Maintain the buy schedule, write scopes of work, distribute and log subcontracts, write required contract riders and purchase orders, and confirm compliance with project insurance requirements
10-Review subcontractor references, obtain Subcontractor bonds, and maintain project files
11-Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings, document control logs, Owner, Architect and Subcontractor correspondence
12-Work with Purchasing in setting up/executing trade buyout including: defining scope of work, authoring Exhibit B’s, ensuring scope coverage, coordinating buy and project schedules.
13-Attend all schedule and management MEP meetings necessary to monitor and manage the project, chairing as appropriate
