• Applying wide-ranging knowledge of statistical theory and methodology to guide on the application techniques to gather substance use and health care data
• Explaining statistical problems by applying methodologies and using techniques such as hierarchical linear modeling, logistic regression, experimental design, forecasting, latent variable analysis, factor analysis, survival analysis, or other multivariate analytical techniques.
• Organizing and providing interpretation and guidance on policy and special issues pertaining to data collection and sampling methodology as applied to advances in survey methods and research.
