In my role as an English Teacher at “Gulistan” Foundation, part of “Turgut Ozal Colleges” I have always exerted a calculated and methodical approach to problem solving, analytical thinking and creative writing. While I am independently motivated, I appreciate collective efforts and collaborate productively within group settings. Moreover, I am competent in test preparation and lesson plan implementation with proficiency in grammar as I hold the license “Test maker and Assessor of National Compulsory English Examination” in the Agency of National Examinations in the Ministry of Education and Sports, Albania

During my 14 years of experience, I have honed the skills necessary to succeed in this position. I am familiar with working with all age groups starting from first grade pupils to undergraduate 12th grade students and even University students as I have many qualification and trainings’ certificates acquired in numerous courses I have attended on teaching techniques, school documentation, curriculum processes, conflict solving, students’ motivation etc. the certificates have been issued by accredited centers such as :
Selt Academy, Pilgrims language course, Oxford Teachers’ Academy, or Ministry of Education and Sports Albania.

I have had the pleasure to prepare successfully 11 generations of undergraduate students for the National Compulsory English Exam taken by all undergraduate students in Albania as a criterion to enter university, 2/3 of which have been evaluated with top grades( 9.5 and above out of 10.0 according to the grading system in my country)
