✓ Preparing the installation method statement Work as per the project specifications & best practices for consultant approval.
✓ To ensure the installation accuracies as per project specifications & approved consultant’s specifications.
✓ To maintain that all MEP/HVAC work activities are carried out in accordance with the Company’s safety policies and procedures; ensure that appropriate safety and protective equipment is used.
✓ Provide approved HVAC Shop drawing, MEP Co-ordination Drawing to site supervisor (or) Foreman and arrangement of the resources for the site execution.
✓ Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant drawing and standard
✓ Active involvement in weekly meetings with the Project management & QC Supervisor and manager to resolve the site related issues.
✓ Observing of site activities to plan more progressive work programs for enhancing project efficiency.
✓ Billing of materials, material used, material purchased and sending reports to management.
✓ Maintaining a system of documentation for monitoring the productivity of teams.
✓ Managing the project reporting, site coordination, consultant & client meeting presentation.

 Responsible of installing mechanical systems, designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods to carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults.
 Troubleshooting, diagnosing and making shop finding reports on Air Chiller, Steam Oven, Seats, vacuum Toilets and other electro mechanical parts.
 Ensuring proper receiving, inspection, initial testing, repair/overhaul of the Air Chillers, steam oven, Seats and vacuum toilets units.
 Responsible of repairing the various aircraft components as per standards of GCAA/EASA CAR 145.
 To perform the work as per AMM, CMM, IPL’s, wiring diagram, SB’s/AD’s and other relevant maintenance documents.
 Attending internal quality audits and of EASA and GCAA authorities.
 Liaise with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues
 To arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components
 To control maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
 Monitoring and controlling the maintenance costs
 To deal with the emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
 Performing routine servicing/repair on various aircraft components in a given schedule.
 Deciding warranty claims for customers (as per contract between the OEM and airlines, identifying customer induced damages and deciding if the unit was operated under the guidelines given by OEM)
 Responsible for implementation of Service Bulletins (SB’s) and Service Information Letters (SIL’s) for the upgrade of top assemblies and maintaining their record.
 Providing support to customer by installing and removing units on the aircraft when required.
 Coordinating with CSRs for quote creation, clock stoppage, receiving approval, repairing on time and timely delivery of the units.
 Approval authority for issuance of parts from the warehouse and responsible for managing inventory of critical sub assembly parts.
 Working with shop manager and warehouse to determine safety stock of parts required to carry out repairs as per their consumption and lead times
 Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with the latest CMMs
 Sound Awareness of Airworthiness, GCAA and EASA rules and regulations.
 Advising the customer sales department about technical issue.
 To meet the tight schedules and tasks in time as per requirement.
 Reporting the maintenance activities to the management.
 Updating, compiling and auditing Maintenance work packages and repair Routers.

 Direct, monitor and controlling the activities of MEP work from design stage to handing over the project
 Review Contractor's shop drawings against the design tender drawings for compliance with the design intent with appropriate comments / approval within the specified contractual period.
 Review contractor's mechanical shop drawing in conjunction with the structural and electrical engineers to ensure engineering co-ordination.
 Prepare technical clarifications to the tendered design to suit specific on-site construction and co- ordination issues.
 Attending project, site progress and any MEP services related technical meetings as directed by the project manager.
 Project site observation / inspection of the MEP services works for Contractor's adherence to the approved shop drawings, good working practices and construction schedule.
 Site supervision and installation of electrical and plumbing works for the construction projects.
 Design review and site supervision of installing fire protection systems.
 Site supervision and installation of fire hydrant system for the industrial projects.
 Machineries and equipment installation & setting up the production floors.
 Monitoring & controlling site documents and reviewing MEP submittals.
 Dealing with Contractor's RFIs relating to the MEP works.
 Maintain on-going list of mechanical services defects for contractor's remedial action.
 Undertake final project snagging and prepare list of defects for Contractor's action.
 Ensure that daily progress reports are produced with regards to MEP works.
 Ensure that contractor provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation
 Ensure that contractor adheres to Project safety regulations.


 Design review and site supervision of installing air conditioning units having capacity of 420 TR, for warehouse of Al Ain food & beverages factory (Agthia Group).
 Designing chiller system having capacity of 120 TR for National Paint Factory, Abu Dhabi.
 Site supervision of fire hydrant system with the firefighting pump of 2000GPM for Al Ain food & beverages factory Abu Samra (Agthia Group).
 Design review & site supervision of MEP work for water tank of capacity 240,000 Gallons, reserved for firefighting system for Al Ain food & beverages factory Abu Samra (Agthia).
 Design review & site supervision of building new substation 3.5 MW for Vegetable canning factory, Abu Samra , Abu Dhabi.
