Report financial results and analysis to management and stakeholders, and advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
• Develop reporting/analysis of actual financial results to assist the business unit in meeting the earnings and cash flow targets.
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
• Determines monthly forecasts and annual operating plan that allow the business to anticipate future impacts and assist in developing alternative plans.
• Evaluate investment proposals for market growth, capital-spending initiatives and cost reduction initiatives to allow business managers to make more informed decisions.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions that address specific issues or provide improved efficiencies.
• Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile.
• Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
• Construct and monitor reliable control systems.
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
• Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.
• Report risk issues to the management & board of directors.
• Develop VAT Return filing procedure as per regulatory requirements.
