I have been working as a Quantity Surveyor in Tendering department with more than 8 years of experience in this field and my rules includes full quantities take-off, preparing tender documents, preparing Bill of Quantities and attending pre-bid/proposal meetings, site visits and Tender openings. Also take on the role of project on site working on variations, claims and monthly payments along with supervising the progress on site with ensuring that Quantities are measured according to drawings & specifications.
