•Ability to sit with the client to understand and discuss his needs and translating it to sketches.
•Transferring the sketches into 3D models and 2D drawings with the coordination between Architecture, structure and MEP engineers under the umbrella of the building regulations.
•Creativity and artistic talent, Excellent drawing skills and Knowledge of relevant design software.
