Human Resources ManagerPrimarily responsible for 1500 employees in Spark Place Cubao in line with Human Resources related issues such as Performance Reviews, Regularization/Non Regularization, Creation of Key Performance Indicator (employee scorecard), New Hire Orientation, Incentives, Training of Managers for HR Related training plan, Attrition data analysis, Promotion for On-cycle and Off-cycle of employees, Compensation & Benefits related issues, Payroll related issues, Redeployment and transfer of employees, Offboarding of employees due to Non-performance and Disciplinary action cases. Employee Engagement activities such as Celebrate with The Rockstars, Circle of Excellence, Townhall, Recognition Night and event related activities (i.e. Trick or Treat, Mother’s/Father’s Day, Family Day).
Creates presentation for Management meeting to discuss HR related announcements and reports.
Partners with Delivery/Operations for issue resolution of employee relationship matters.
As part of the scorecard, does Skip level sessions with employees, coaching session with Managers on a quarterly basis and does a weekly touchpoint with directors and leaders of the 4 accounts in Cubao.
