I have achieved the below milestones in my career especially here in the UAE:
• Increased the percentile (95%) of projects being met as per the deadline set with clientele and stakeholders respecting the Project Charter signed off with all relative stakeholders.
• Take proactive role on the Design Development Management with the design team. Making sure that design brief had been approved and detail design for production and construction had been produced as per the design guideline given by the design consultant. I have taken an active role in reviewing the technical details of the project from the civil to the MEP review. Providing technical solution as required during construction, Fit-out and the life cycle of the project.
• Monitors and validate project progress through Project dashboards respecting the project milestones set. Managed the review of the risk analysis for the project and provide solution to mitigate the risks identified during and after handover.
• I have maintained a good rapport with all stakeholders from the top management (internal/external), clients, consultants, and contractors. Presiding over the stakeholders meeting.
• In addition to this, my vast experience of handling resource management in reviewing the pre-qualification of contractors and service provider, bid preparation, tender exercise and bid cost review, procurement procedure to award the project to the best contractors/service provider that can fulfill the requirements and completion of the projects as per the project milestones, contract and facilities management. Have managed completing the projects with cost surplus less 10% of the PROJECT CAPEX.
