• Managing all activities related to fleet
• Old vehicle disposal process
• Updating traffic fines information to the staff to ensure payments on time
• Real time tracking of waste management fleet through (Telematics FMS)
• Geo-fencing of vehicles to monitor the completion of assigned roster
• Monitor speed, fuel consumption and ensure that the drivers are adhering to safety protocols
• Route-mapping for waste collection to ensure fuel and time efficiency
• Document control for the assigned fleet
• Ensure that the entire fleet’s maintenance log is up to date
• Ensure that the insurance and registration of the vehicles is renewed on time
