MEP Project Management
Developing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
Overseeing the estimation of material quantities & preparing the deviation statements of quantities according to the site condition.
Liaising with sub-contractors and subordinates to get the things done within scheduled duration; monitoring the scrutiny of tender documents and evaluating tender documents, drawings and schedules.

Inspection

Monitoring the tracking schedule for all MEP Materials, Shop Drawings and Method Statements; taking approval of all MEP Shop Drawings, Method Statement and Material Approval Certificate (MAC).

Handling all MEP construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of installations & co-ordination with site management activities.
Coordinating mechanical & electrical work for the construction of buildings with emphasis on builder’s work, architecture & structure elements.
Reviewing consultant’s design plans and drawings to develop an overview of the project and complete understanding of both civil/structural and MEP construction activities.

Erection & Commissioning Activities
Preparing layouts for project as per the process and material flow needs.
Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.
Handling erection & commissioning of equipment and providing utility services to the equipments.

Contract Management
Ensuring preparation of drawings/specifications, tenders, quotes, finalization of requirements & BOQ.
Evaluating tenders, quotes, offers & finalization of contract as per the project schedule.
Handling all techno-commercial disputes / clarifications during execution of the project.

Responsibility for over all coordination of MEP activities at site, to ensure all MEP provision are considered in the civil builder’s work, coordination between main contractor works and MEP subcontractors & medical equipment supplier, insuring the deliverables of subcontractors are in the line with the construction plan. Coordination with local authorities. Ensuring that the works are being carried out on time in proper and safe manner and in line with the project documents and in compliance to the consultant/ client requirements.

Its have Twenty Thousand peoples Sitting arrangements with Approx 90K sqm landscape area Development. There are several special systems were installed focusing Event management, media broadcast, .
There are twenty-two F&Bs, Production kitchen, Food preparation area Etc. There are three electrical Substation consisting 13Transformers with three MDB and twenty-eight Electrical rooms & UPS, ECBS systems. Project consists of fifteen Lifts, 20 escalator & dumbwaiters.
An unique Façade lighting arrangement and all controllers. Catwalk Event lighting and VESDA system. Smoke management system.
Successfully completed DCD, DEWA (electricity & water), DM- Sewerage, Du/ Etisalat inspection.
