• In-depth knowledge of Assisting with the supervision, scheduling, administration ‎and coordination of Facilities Engineering.‎
• Able to Lead and supervise multi-craft jobs, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling in ‎JD Edwards Capital Asset Management (Oracle ERP System) and Maximo ‎CMMS Software, Excellent interpersonal and written communication, Effective time ‎management skills, Self- motivated.‎
• Responsible for Planning and coordination of all planned maintenance activities, ‎corrective maintenance and all other maintenance activity, resources, spare parts ‎and materials.‎
• CMMS implementation to project according to business and client requirement.‎
• CMMS Technical Support to site user.‎
• Creating Master Plan, Setup Standard Procedure, PMI or PPM in JD Edwards ‎Enterprise One Capital Asset Management (Oracle ERP) and MAXIMO system. ‎
• Conducting Training sessions for CMMS User, Updating CMMS training
• ‎ Applying Data Change Requests System for updating any registered data to the ‎CMMS.‎
• Conducting a weekly planning meeting to improve performance and decrease Work ‎Orders backlog
• Follow up the pending work orders with the maintenance engineers.‎
• Excellent communicator at all levels and with third party partners and suppliers.‎
• Follow up all necessary parts, equipment, services and documentation to perform the ‎maintenance work.‎
