Leading the work groups/subcontractors and properly guiding, in close cooperation with Management, in assembling and controlling the required resources (manpower, equipment, materials and tools required)to start and sustain the work efficiency and productivity until the completion of the project.
Inspects work in progress to ensure conformity with QA/QC specifications and requirements, Industry Codes, Standards and Procedures, and provides technical advices to resolve problems
Review of reports from Superintendents, and forwards to Project Manager for corrective actions if project becomes behind schedule or over the budget.
Work progress Follow-up as per planning, Coordination with sub-contractor, Coordination with MEP team, site monitoring & control, utilization of manpower, preparation of progress report. Monitoring construction work for RCC Tank, Services buildings, pipeline work, Road Work, site inspection, Earthwork, shuttering & reinforcement work, concreting.
Coordination with consultants, senior design team. Review of Material submittal & verification as per specification, preparation & review of method statements, design review. Drawings Review, Coordination & approval from Client.
Checking Daily, Weekly & monthly report.
