- Deliver/Perform materials and services (Purchase and service)
- Supervise the warehousing activities and daily stock movements/ requirements.
- Assist contract dept for negotiations and preparing the bids.
- Develop / review the procedures/ policies, whenever required.
- Maintain approved venders for materials and service.
- Assist Operation manager in monitoring the budget.
- Conduct the annual inventory with PEPA.
- Liaise with Logistics manager and heads of department to achieve timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain work source planning and strategies for cost reduction.
- Responsible of overseeing the inventory movement.
- Providing monthly reports in purchasing activity
