Steel Infrastructure Solutions Pvt. Ltd, SISCOL pioneered by a group of visionary & experienced veterans of India’s Steel and Construction industry, entered into a “Technical Service Agreement” with iconic Yongnam Engineering and Construction Limited of Singapore to provide state-of-art and complete end-to-end solutions as a part of their value proposition.SISCOL has acquired an existing facility involved in fabrication of steel structures in Bhilai, the task was to transform the existing facility from a labor-intensive operation towards automation by addition of new facilities and equipment.
Noteworthy Accomplishment
 Completely redesigned the existing plant layout, to maximize the flow and minimize the material movement thereby increasing the productivity.
 Revamping of Electricals & Utilities to meet for the additional machine’s requirement.
 Handled the complete project management and execution with planning of plant, equipment and techno commercial evaluation of equipment’s.
 Completely redesigned the material handling facilities with addition of Semi-Gantry Cranes and cross transfer trolleys for easy and hassle-free material movement there by reducing the idle time.
 Redesign of Gas supply for fabrication with a centralized system.

Since May’11 to Jan 18 Nijus Engineering and Automation Industries LLP as Operation Manager.
NIJUS ENGINEERING AND AUTOMATION INDUSTRIES LLP, is Involved in design and manufacturing of Shot Blasting Machines, Conveyors, Elevators, Light and Heavy Industrial equipments, Structural fabrication, Pre-Engineered Building, Industrial Automation and Erection. It has been also involved in structural fabrication of power plant, cement plant, solvent plants and other various setups.

 Entire Operations of the company which includes Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Production Planning and control, Quality, Plant Engineering, Logistics, Vendor Development, Inventory Management
 Establishing Manufacturing methods, providing estimation of man-hours inventory control. Ensuring efficient utilization. Management of all activities and synchronizing all these factors are the major highlight of this assignment.

The company profile; Kranendonk Production Systems is a key supplier to the worldwide shipbuilding industry, providing shipyard automation, robotized production systems, and a broad range of welding and cutting systems, primarily for efficient one-piece and small batch production functionality and user-friendliness for Shipbuilding, Heavy engineering and other steel industries.
Noteworthy Accomplishments
 Robot application programming and testing.
 Programming in ARAC(Arithmetic Robot Application Control), Which is a control system developed by KRANENDONK(Netherlands) for offline programming and online controlling of Robot systems
 Creating Macros, programming for cutting and welding process for ARAC, for a particular product family.
 To develop variable parameters for cutting and welding.
 To develop simulation of machine in Robot Studio.
 Responsible for factory acceptance test with the customer
 Installation of robotic systems, Supervision of mechanical and electrical installation
 To Support customer for their startup production, Customer training, startup assistance and after sales support
 Two year involved as Application engineer for robots for in house application work for the machine, onsite commissioning of machine, training for customer and production assistance etc.

Dec’04-Jan’07 Worked with Zamil Steel Industries, PEB Division. (Dammam Saudi Arabia) as Senior Programmer ( Production Planning and Control)
The company profile; Zamil Steel PEB division designs and manufactures Pre-Engineered Building for all type of buildings. Zamil Steel Industries are the largest manufacturer and supplier of Pre Engineered Building in Asia and Africa with a monthly production capacity of 6,500 metric tons.

 Handling programming for all the CNC machines in the factory, plate processing machine which includes CNC drilling and gas cutting and CNC punching Machine.
 Independently handling programming of the Cutting Robot. All trouble shooting related to the Macros and development of new Macros for new tasks, maintaining of all Process Parameters for Robot.
 Successfully preparing a schedule for production of all these various machines and daily, weekly, monthly production reports for all CNC and Robot Machines.
 Also, been involved in various projects to increase productivity with our In-house Industrial Engineering department.
