My responsibilities at Al Jassar is to take care of Project , Procurement , Admin & document (i.e. companies legal document, making quotations, issuing LPO) and coordination between top and lower level management. I was responsible for all incoming & outgoing of material made, had to handle project independently (receiving LPO to completion of the order). Answering to customer inquiries with regards to the products or project, Preparing proposals, quotations, invoices and following up with the clients.
