Being a progressive & a self-driven electrical and electronics engineer, my 11 plus years’ of experience within the MEP construction industry includes successfully handling multiple roles such as design & development, project management, execution & quality assurance.

Following my graduation in 2007 and my inception as an electrical engineer into MEP discipline, I have had the chance of successfully handling multi-discipline responsibilities including design, procurement, execution & project management during the course of my career.
In addition to my experience in construction/execution, my exposure and knowledge in electrical design has proved to be an added advantage, mainly in identifying and resolving design issues. I also possess a robust command over lighting design software packages i.e. Dialux & Relux along with Microsoft office Package which is a major supplement to my already existing design knowledge.
I also have an added advantage of working for two special projects i.e. a Hospital and an International Airport which has exposed to some very explicit systems such as isolated power supply system, medical gas system, nurse call system, architectural lighting, lighting control system, baggage handling system etc.

My current role as a Discipline Lead for Electrical & ELV engineer is a combination of managerial and supervisory in nature wherein I’m responsible for project management and supervision for Electrical & ELV activities. The current job role includes responsibilities such as allocating resources, monitoring & track work progress, track cost & billing, estimating project cost to go, analyze variation work orders, maintaining work quality, tracking procurement process etc.

A few high points during my career are as follows.
• I had been promoted from a site engineer to a project engineer while working for the Muscat International Airport Project during the year 2014.
• I was hired as a Project Manager (Electrical & ELV) for Universal Voltas LLC during the year 2018.

A few IT skills acquired during my decade long experience include Dialux & Relux Lighting Simulation Software & Microsoft Office Package.
