Assigned with the preparation of CAD drawing package including as-built for Tender Proposal and Design & Built (D&B) Engineering projects using AutoCAD and PDMS software as required. Responsible for the assembly and quality control of drawings prior to submission to the supervisor and engineers assigned for final checking, to ensure that these are in compliance with requires to the company and client’s quality standards and formats. Involve in the project drawing production for P&ID, mechanical piping layout & details, civil guide layout & details and electrical layout & diagrams as required. Prepare piping BOQ (Bill Of Quantity) estimate, Isometric and shop fabrication drawing guide details to support the project. Conduct site visit for actual measurement and assess conditions on site.

Conduct site visit for monitoring the actual work conditions and status of the project, making sure that these are in accordance to Saudi Aramco standards, procedures and safety. Provides technical support in architectural design, civil guide and mechanical piping layout drawings using Bentley Microstation. Design's project proposal presentations on 2D drawings and 3D CAD rendering.

Assigned in providing technical support in architectural design, mechanical and civil guide drawings using AutoCAD & Microstation as required. Perform site inspections and condition assessment for project proposal and maintenance. Involve in project construction on roads and landscape design for KJO business and community facilities. Correspondent on project status reports, suggestions and recommendations to proponents and to supervisors.

Responsible for maintenance project on HVAC, water wells, cooling plants, water supply, chilled water and sewage piping for Saudi ARAMCO community & building facilities. Provides technical support in architectural, civil and electrical design drawing packages for maintenance project proposals for contractor bidding using Bentley Microstation. Performs site Inspection and assessment on site conditions and provide as-built drawings as required. Involve in making 2D & 3D rendering drawing presentations, justifications and design analysis for project proposals.

National Housing Authority (NHA)

Manual / CAD drafting and design package in architectural, civil, mechanical and electrical. Involve in medium & high rise building as well as low cost housing projects for NHA. Perform site inspection and provide design analysis.
