1- Period from Jan 2014 to Jan 2016:
Position: Network Engineer.
Organization: Soft Land Engineering

Duties and Responsibilities:
o Responsible for networking, design, installation and maintenance services.
o Remote administration and management of customer's on-site equipment.
o Manages all network servers and other network components including installation, configuration and maintenance.
o Install, configure, and support an organization's (LAN), (WAN), and Internet connectivity systems.
o Managing, and supporting Domain Controllers, such as (creating users accounts, making and applying Group Policies…. etc.) Using the remote control software tools to provide resolution and diagnosis of faults at remote working locations.
o Managing and maintaining Windows domain infrastructure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server 2012 & Windows server 2016.
o Microsoft Hyper V installation & configuration
o Installation, Configuration of many Backup Software.
o Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.

2- Period from Sep 2011 to Dec 2013:
Position: Network Engineer.
Organization: Rama Soft.

Duties and Responsibilities:
o Monitoring, Maintaining, installing and configuring the computer systems and networks. Diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems.
