• Developed an internal safety matrix used for ranking the actual and potential severity of all incidents
• Collate all locations HSE metrics also including leading and lagging indicators.
• Oversee the activities of safety Advisor and officers in our facilities.
• Advise Visionscape management on cost effective by adhering strictly to leading indicators parameters which tend to reduce incident rate.
• Monthly audit and Site inspection reduce potential incident which is cost effective for our management.
• Reporting corporate HSE statistics to CEO on monthly basis compare the base and the current month under review for appropriate recommendations. .
• Developed and monitor effective Risk Assessment management strategies and make recommendations on the implementation of these strategies.
• Provide independent professional advice and technical information to CEO abreast of change in safety policies, legislation and code of practice
• Investigates road transport accident {RTA} establishes the root causes and recommends preventive action against recurrence.
• Conducting monthly safety meeting at Visionscape corporate head office.
• Conduct drills across all the facilities and report back to the management personnel readiness to emergency.
• Conducting monthly HSE audit, follow up on non-conformance until they are closed out.
• Presenting HSE report during weekly management meeting with CEO and other management staff.
