Prior to that I was a Team Leader for the Call Centre having started out as a Call Centre agent in 1997. I used to assist English and Arabic incoming calls. Can also speak Swahili, Hindi and Urdu being in the UAE for more than 41 years and worked as a supervisor in a Stevedoring Company for 7 years.
