· BS in civil engineering degree holder.

· Eleven years of experience as a quantity surveyor for a landscaping company.

· Hands-on experience on tendering and as a site project quantity surveyor.

· Proficient in preparing tender submission, interim bill application submission, variation application, drawings using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

c) Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
