RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Studying Method Statements, Shop Drawings & Material Submittals as required by consultant.
• Monitoring RFI, CVIR, NCR , SITE INSTRUCTIONS and other project related documents.
• Assisting planning dept. to prepare Extension of Time, delay analysis and related claims.
• To ensure that all works are executed as per client approved drawings, BOQ, and Technical Specifications.
• To ensure progress work is done according to schedule and completed on time.
• Supervising and monitoring each and every activity of execution, labour force and sub-contracting works…etc.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

Co-ordination for resolving disputes concerning finance, contractual litigations, through legal as well as arbitration proceedings.
