Key Responsibilities:-

 Preparing budget for specific activity and tracking in daily basis (Plant, Material & manpower)
 Quantification of structures, finishes, villas as per method of measurement and reconciliation works.
 Certification of subcontractor bills, submission of client bills, suppliers invoices reconciliation
 Preparation of variation orders for approvals from client for additional works.
 Material wastage reconciliation and analyzing the root causes.
 Co-ordinate with planners and Project Managers and prepare project data’s up to date, Preparing Cost Report on monthly basis, forecasting.
 Preparing DPM (Daily Productivity Matrix) report on daily basis and analyze the productivity of each activity and reporting to the Management.
 Tracking actual cost against budgeted cost,verifying BBS & Invoice’s, Material reconciliation.
 Monitoring the cost over runs against budget and escalating it to the management.
 Rate analysis for activities, Back charges for subcontractors work & certifications work.
 Estimate all additional works (Engineer instruction) and monitor overall quantities for projects.
 Prepare and monitor project cash flow and final cost forecasts,Preparing manpower liabilities.
 Monitoring on manpower allocations and control for entire site (4500 Manpower).
