Please find attached herewith my CV for MEP Manager. l am having 16 years of UAE experience in my career, I have managed all departments in MEP like Estimation, Procurement, Cost Control, & Budget and MEP Project Manager.

Project Manager: Handle the site as PM at working in Ecotherm Contracting – Refer Ecotherm responsibility in my CV. ( Ministry of Justice and Federal Court at Khaliya city ( Total Build Up 115,000 M2 with Infrastructure work )
Estimation: Complete MEP Estimation with Material, labor, Preliminaries and Overhead & Profit.
Procurement (Issuing the LOI, LPO, Subcontract Agreement, etc)
Discussing contract with Subcontractors and finalizing the scope of the work matrix.
Managing the Subcontractor agreement and preparing the contract and ensure all the risk as per Main Contract is back to back with the Subcontractors like Penalty, Warranty, Spare parts, Delivery of Material, Installation as per Programme of work, Testing & Commissioning, DLP, and Maintenance during DLP if required as per our Main Contract.
Very good at negation and known most of the supplier in the market.
Finalizing the Supplier and Subcontractor base on commercial value, compliance, payment terms, Warranty period, Bank Guarantee, etc
Value engineering proposals with respect to design and specification.
Cost Control and Budgeting: I can Prepare the detailed budget as per material takeoff and cost considered in estimation including consumables, tools and support, allocating the code in the ERP system and controlling and monitoring them before issuing the LPO.
Reviewing the design for the MEP services like Pump head calculation, ESP calculation for the fans, FCUs and AHUs, Voltage drop calculation, etc Please refer Pivot Engineering Experience.
site meeting with Client/ Consultant/ Main contractor for ongoing procurement and Progress weekly basis updating the procurement schedule
Arranging meeting with the Project Manager, Engineers, Planners to look ahead for material on site for at least 2 weeks ahead.
Following Project Manager for the payment certificate and regularly following the Inventory on site.
Meeting with Main contractor/client for the ongoing tender submission and discuss the scope of work to provide them with competitive Offer.
