20 years experience in HR field that was proved to be a global leader by managing cultures of diversity throughout my years of experience at different companies where my focus was on growing certain values that have to exist in any workplace that belongs to me: trust, respect and collaboration this is by adopting an open door policy and providing timely and accurate communication and follow-up. Managing culture change programs were essential part of my duties on a strategic level in which my belief is by building high synergistic teams, leads in accordance to form a high synergistic organization. My experience covers all HR functions in both directions either by establishing the department and building the team from the beginning or by leading existing teams towards achieving a specified and certain strategy that entails recruitment for several and various types of industries by holding HR project management positions in which I was responsible for reviewing, implementing & enhancing the HR functions in terms of system and process, Starting from the scratch up to a well-designed HR Department, owning an excellent hands-on experience in MEA labor law practices and mastering people diversity management.
