Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional
& operational areas and conducting selection interviews; supervising staffing,
recruitment, induction program, contract negotiations, discipline, policy & procedures
and training programme for employees
Responsible for leading and implementing HR Strategy
Ensures the facility organization chart and job descriptions are in place and updated as
appropriate
Serves a link between Management and Employees
Coordinating in formulation & implementation of increment, incentive & other
remuneration policies; managing appraisal process across the levels and establishing
framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal System linked to Reward
Management
Interfacing with Management and Heads of Department for implementing HR policies &
procedures in line with core organisational objectives
Liaising for the development of Departmental Budgets and ensuring adherence to the
same
Planning the manpower requirements according to the needs of the organisation,
keeping in the view the market and the financial aspects
Scheduling the expenditure of the HR team to make it cost effective & more efficient
Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from
diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements
Implementing increment, incentive and other remuneration policies
Administering conceptualisation and implementation of the Performance Management
System for rewarding exceptional performers
Counselling / grievance handling of the employees to maintain healthy work
environment and facilitating Employee Satisfaction and HR Survey, and community
development initiatives
Conceptualising & developing training & development initiatives for improved
productivity, building capability and quality enhancement
Monitoring Health Insurance for staff, Health Authority HAAD, Labour Office and
Immigration related issues
