I am Hiruni Wanigathunga, a Sri Lankan Quantity Surveyor with 01 year and 06 months construction industry experience with contracting background; after concluding a two year Higher National Diploma awarded by Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK. Currently I am residing in Dubai, UAE on Visit visa searching for suitable career opportunity.

My major expertise are taking off quantities of structural, architectural and landscaping works for quantity verifications, preparation of variations, preparing procurement list for materials and plant, evaluation of sub-contract payment certificate and preparing progress reports etc. Furthermore, I am also competent in measuring MEP works.

In addition, I am a student member of Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors (RICS) working towards obtaining the associate membership.
