• Directs and controls logistic planning with detailed traffic flow and warehouse positioning utilizing activity & relationship
• Performs product design and plans to give surety to all essential supplies
• Implements and develops new solutions on logistics issues
• Provides assistance in implementation of logistic system
• Provides estimated timeline for completing plant detailed engineering to support the site warehouse
• Analyzes and interprets drawings of components subject for packing per shipment per project
• Prepares packing plan and transportation of components per shipment
• Prepares and finalize Packing List and other Shipping Documents for all projects shipment ensuring review and approval by the relevant parties
• Monitors and checks preparation of dunnages for packing of components
• Determine the right quantities and the right equipment for the correct application inside the warehouse
• Assists material controller in other material control transaction
• Provides accurate logistic resources (i.e no. of lumbers, channels and other packing materials)
• Checks and reviews stowage plan
• Supervises unloading activities for import materials
• Supervises load-out activities for export product
• Conducts inspection of finished product with the Customer
• Coordinates with Customer for the shipment status and all other technical information required for the project

• Coordinates and oversees the maintenance, repair and safe operations of all the engineering needs for assigned vessels and equipment, manage operations of the fleet, maintain regular communication with assigned vessel personnel to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations
• Ensures that assigned vessels are properly staffed with competent personnel, provide on board training and supervision as needed, ensure assigned vessels are operated in compliance with all regulatory and business requirements
• Inspects and enforces of all required maritime systems and programs
• Monitors ship lift (hydraulic and pneumatic) activities
• Monitors hydraulic and pneumatic condition of ship lift
• Assists in repairing of ship lift power unit (motors and machinery)
• Supervises workers in boogie train activities
• Assists safety officer in implementing safety rules and regulation and safety procedures and instructions.
• Project handled; Foreign & Local Vessels (Tanker, Live Stock Ship, Barge, Cargo Vessel)
• Liaises with contractors and internal contacts, to provide superior service
• Provides input to technical studies/research projects, technical reports, project planning, etc.
• Maintains metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, training and safety records
• Performs other duties/tasks assigned by Department Manager.
