• Dealt with stainless steel, Carbon steel fitups and prepare the WPS and makes arrangement for the fitup inspection to the client and gets approval from them.
• Handled Ducting and pipe leak test.
• In charge of all levels in Dry Docks HVDC BorWin3 which is a high voltage direct current (HVDC) link under construction to transmit Offshore wind power to the power grid of the German mainland.
• Expertise in handling all the duct installation (both spiral ducts and rectangular ducts).
• Handled bulk head insulation, deck head insulation, duct insulation and pipe insulation.
• Expertise in handling ABO, HBO and thermal insulation and also piping for freshwater & chilled water line.
• Allocate the works for the staffs, raises RFI and internal QA and finally submit it to the client
• Coordination with consultant, client, main contractor &sub contractors, Arranging & forecasting of manpower, material, tools & machineries as per project requirement.
• Check Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works concept reports and designs and drawings received from consultants.
• Strictly follow up & chase the site staff to complete the project as per target program from the Project Manager
• Prepare work schedules and carrying out resources planning and resource balancing.
• Responsible for smooth running of projects, track & control on material labor output.
• Review and Approval of Material Submittals for MEP Works.
• Field Supervision and Site Coordination for all MEP Works.
• Attend Weekly Coordination Meeting with the Client, Project Management Consultants and Sub Contractors.
• Issuance of Punch list items and site verifications/closure.
• Prepare Testing and Inspection Procedures for MEP Works.

• Supervise the Design Team in the development and preparations of MEP design.

• Provide Technical Support to resolve potential conflicts arising on Site in coordination with the Sub System, Operation Project Control (OPC) and The Sub Contractor.
• Interface Coordination of all Sub System Requirements and Consolidate into the SYSTEM Design.
• Coordinate and lease with Civil Contractor of all SYSTEM Requirements
