Provide continuous nutrition nursing services in both the ITC and OTC units.
Ensure patients are comfortable, in a healthy and secure environment to enhance quick recovery.
Carry out nutritional assessments, observations, diagnosis, and nursing procedures and give necessary treatment in consultation with the Clinical Officer.
Participate in OTC Ward rounds and follow up on admitted and discharged patients while maintaining their proper historical records for reference.
Participate in PHC activities that include health education, MCH activities and nutrition programmes.
Register and prepare birth notifications for all births, monitor and report on the general health condition of the mother and the new born.
Maintain personal contact with patients, take note of their complaints, carry out corrective measure and escalate for further action if necessary
