Responsible for the accounting operations of the company.
‐ Communicate routinely with Project Managers on a variety of job related topics including
bonding, insurance and contract agreements.
‐ Maintaining job cards & performing Job Costing for each project.
‐ Participate in the formation and implementation of company financial plans.
‐ Preparation of all monthly financial reports.
‐ Work with outside accounting/financial firms on monthly close-out procedures.
‐ Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable staff and functions.
‐ Work with project management staff ensuring proper compliance with accounting
procedures including reviewing and analyzing job cost estimates and reports monthly.
‐ Preparing, reviewing and finalizing monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly and annually
management accounts.
‐ Preparing the Cash flow statement.
‐ Monitoring the Bank facility schedule on day-to-day basis.
‐ Assist it department regarding accounting software issues.
‐ Supervising the Accrued, Prepaid Expenses and reviewing the monthly expenses.
‐ Supervising the Cost, Revenue, Inventory movements related issue.
‐ Budget Vs Actual Comparison and ensuring the month closing work.
‐ Liaising with external auditors to prepare the Financial Statements.
‐ Preparing the accurate and timely MIS Report, Financial Statements up to finalization.
‐ Analysis of financial statements with valuable recommendations.
‐ Coordinate and complete annual audits.
‐ Managing the preparation of the budget of the company.
