• Procured civil, MEP, exterior, interior and all related material for the project, from both local and international market as per standard procurement processes and procedures.

• Floated enquiries for all requirements on receipt of materials request forms from project department to approved suppliers and prepare comparative statement of technically valid quotations, along with technical specifications, validated by project department and consultants.
• Received purchase orders and letter of intent with supporting documents from Head Office after the same were approved and released: circulated copies to respective departments.
• Received, inspected and stored material in coordination of concerned engineers and ensured accuracy of quantity, type, and acceptable quality.
• Coordinated with the store staff for issuance of site receipt note to update the material tracking schedule and to secure technical approval from the project department.
