Accounitng & Finance:
o Manage and supervise team of finance associates in the preparation of monthly management accounts & budgeting for all group companies.
o Participate in development of strategies for financial planning and analysis.
o Development and enhancement of financial controls in line with group policies and procedures.
o Monthly reporting to board on financial position of the group.
o Managing project contruction accounts, operational costs and consolidation with corporate accounts.
o Recommendations based on interpretation of the company’s financail results.
o Monitoring group cash flows & forecasting the upcoming trends viz. operational costs and captial invements requirements.
o Liaise with agencies, currency houses etc. for hedging of roreight currency to minimize risk.
o Liaise with auditors for statutory reporting on time.

Compliance:
o Various reporting to DFSA in accordance with DFSA rule book and timeline.
o Evaluating compliance risks of new investors.
o Performing Know Your Client / Customer Due Diligence (KYC/CDD) and Anti-Money Laundering / Anti-Terrorism Financing (AML/ATF) procedures as per define policies and procedures.
o Monitor regulatory development and identifyapplicable laws, rules and regulations assessing their impact on processes and procedures.
o Conduct and reviewing investors due diligence (KYC) based on define policies and procedures.
o Reviewing company policies on KYC and advising management on possible risks.
o Liaise with Investors ensuring proper documentanation and timely compliance reporting to DFSA.
