As Logistic Officer – Fulfilment Department

• Prepares daily report such as Stock report, Pending Fulfilment report and Inventory report of all clients.
• Responsible for picking and packing of all orders on a daily basis.
• Creating pick list for all orders to ensure correct item will be pick.
• Creates SKU for all new on-boarding items/clients.
• Receives incoming shipment and check if the physical quantity & invoice quantity are matches as well as the condition and appearance of the shipments.
• Conduct and maintain stock inventory of all products as per client.
• Maintains the inventory count of all consumable items.
• Monitors and reports CBM consumption of all client on a weekly basis.
• Prepares PRF for all consumable items that needs to purchase.
• Maintains the proper display of goods in the store, ensuring they comply with brand standards.
• Oversees the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with the organization's customer service standards.
• Creates product barcodes for the items for labelling.

As Logistic Officer – Receiving Department

• Receives incoming shipment by scanning the item barcodes.
• Weighs and record shipments that exceeds over 3 kilos and update in the system
• Shelves incoming shipments to its designated location.
