Responsibilities

 Overall Management of QA & HSE Department, Maintain and consistently achieve the assigned QHSE objectives and Department KPI’s.
 Implement programs to sustain a high level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the company to create a culture that priorities effective QHSE and balances overall associated costs.
 Implement ISO Standards. (Organizational leader in achieving ISO 9001 certification (BSI)). Conduct Gap Analysis, Develop the Manual, procedures, guidelines etc Monitor and evaluate the implementation of process and system effectiveness.
 Review and amend process/ provide training and guidance for continual improvement in QMS & HSEMS.
 Conduct Internal ISO Audit, Preparing /analysing data for management review and coordinating with external auditors (BSI) for ISO Audits.
 Develop and implement project specific Quality & HSE Plan, Procedure, Guideline, Work inspection, Forms, ITP’s, Test certificates, Reports, Method Statement, Risk Assessment etc.
 Monitor and evaluate the implementation and update the status to the management in the biweekly management meeting.
 Conduct Planned and unplanned inspection with QA & HSE engineers to ensure Quality & HSE compliance are met by the site CIVIL and TELECOM implementation team. Participate in the Civil (Concrete, Steel structure, MEP) Telecom (IBS & Outdoor Telecom installations) PAT test and follow up the team for timely closing of snags and non conformities.
 Preparing and submitting compliance reports to Gov Authorities such as waste management, HSE statistics etc.
 Assisting Sales & procurement in the Bidding (PQD) vendor registration.
 Assign KPI’s, Supervise QHSE Engineers and assist to implement the assigned task & KPI’s.
 Prepare method of work statement and risk assessment to Implementation team.
 Attending Customer complaints, investigating and providing correction & corrective actions.

 Accidents / incidents Investigation & reporting for corrective action & continual Improvement.
 Preparing HSE circulars/Alerts and communicating to employees.

 Zero major accident and more than 3 days LTI cases. No major defects or rejection of product and service due to quality non-conformities.
 Provided a business opportunity to company. Under my proposal company liaised with an Italian safety manufacture and start trading by distributing their products in UAE since 2017 Jan onwards
