Strategic Financial Planning
• Spearheading finance & commercial functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control
• Analyzing numerous business (operating & financial) risks involved and taking ample measures to mitigate the same for maximizing profitability & revenue generation
• Liaising and negotiating with banks / financial institutions for raising fund & non-fund based facilities at favourable terms to meet project requirements

Budgeting & Fund Management
• Formulating capital & revenue budgets and conducting ratio /variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures & actual expenditure and implementing remedial actions

• Accounting, finalization, preparation and presentation of Balance Sheet(statement of Financial Position), P&L statement (Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of changes in equity), Statement of Cash Flow and analysis, EBIDTA and other enhanced business reporting tools
• Coordinating in preparation/maintenance/filing of CMA Data, projected P&L Account, Bills Discounting and Balance Sheet as per specifications from bank authorities and financial institutions
• Establishing strategic cost management systems/techniques, evaluating product pricing, monitoring various overheads and achieving maximum cost control in operations

Taxation / Auditing / Statutory Compliance
• Preparing Tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing of direct & indirect tax returns ; ensuring compliance with Statutory Acts like PF, ESI, Earlier VAT Act, GST, Income Tax and Customs
• Interfacing with Tax authorities for timely filing of Service Tax, Earlier VAT Act / GST returns, tax assessments, exemption related benefits and so on

Receivables Management & CRM
• Managing, controlling and collecting receivables of around 1000 residential customers and INR 300 crores of commercial lease rent per annum
• Coordinating between customers & bankers for sanctioning of loan and interacting with Registrar office for arranging the registration of flat

Approvals & Liaison
• Liaising with various government agencies for determining critical concerns/issues and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and necessary approvals
• Performing a whole gamut of tasks which include submission & approval of plan sanction/power application, lease deed/sale deed, registration of documents and so on

Commercial Co-ordination
• Tender documentation/negotiation and preparation of work order
• Preparing commercial offer for leasing the premises, lease deed and registration
