• Issuing WHT certificates to suppliers (third party and Affiliates) on request.
• Updating ICC invoices into the data base weekly, with required comments and WHT checks.
• Follow Up with Business Units for Debit Memo creation, for WHT reimbursements every month.
• WHT bookings and entries via SAP.
• Preparation of monthly WHT Returns (declaration sheet, reference sheets and cover letters for the same)
• Online tax filing.
• Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns & ensure prompt payments.
• Coordination with external auditors for any tax related activities.
• Prepare, organize, handle all tax documents, reports and statements and perform other required tasks.
• Yearly tax card renewal.
Accounting Activities:
• Filing of all accounting transactions/drafts for the Siemens project PE in the local Siemens electronic accounting system, checking of correctness and completeness of the documentation, verification of the documentation for the accounting and ensure that all financial transactions are in compliance with Siemens procedures and policy.
• Follow up of missing or incomplete documentation with the PE Coordinators. Plausibility check of the received data. Local archiving of all documents.
• Development of the data flow and time lines together with PE Tax Compliance and PE Coordinators.
• Siemens AG (Qatar operation) yearly Closing in the PE Tool.
• Online WHT filing( monthly)- Siemens WLL & Siemens AG
