Being HOD Math means a daily interaction with various mentalities of teachers, students and parents, different abilities, and multi-cultural backgrounds. Educators and teachers are in a daily process of shaping minds of future generations, having to constantly change and adapt in order to achieve the best ways to help their students excel.
I infuse this belief and passion into my day-to-day work in the school hoping that with effort and time, I can instill my belief in my team to make sensible changes. If we work together to provide our kids high quality education and development of their personal skills, just imagine how much we could achieve.
In summary, building relationships and focusing on school as the “hub” of our community, we are more likely to create an environment where our students can build a bright future both today and tomorrow.
