In my early years in Architecture, I was trained to do site inspections and supervision- ensuring that the plan is properly executed, assisting site walk throughs, producing shop drawings, recommending solutions to a design problem, assisting the approval of submittals from the contractor and management, attending construction meetings, and coordinating with other consultants and other trades.

I spent the next years of my career as an Architect of a triple-A builder developer performing my task from preliminary phase to construction phase of a high-rise condominium project, focusing on the production of drawings needed for permit and for construction, doing site visits and attending meetings with other concerned parties.

Then I decided to become a freelance architect/designer/consultant/estimator of mostly residential and several government projects. I also worked as a part-time lecturer in two different state universities in the Philippines teaching Architectural Design subjects.

Proficiency: Autocadd, Sketchup, Revit Architecture, Microsoft Office.
