My name is manka claris awah, a cameroonian by nationality, i have a bachelors degree in civil engineering but because of my love for hospitality i decided to apply at a hotel(saddle hill ranch) which was trained for a year(january2016-december2016 as a housekeeping attendant where i acquired a good knowledge of housekeeping attendant which i can say now that i know enough to be able to work anywhere, i later worked at ETA palace hotel as a housekeeping attendant for a year(january2017-january2018), during my service there my skills and knowledge on housekeeping attendant was improved greatly, i was trained on how to deal with difficult customers, making sure every customer is satisfied.
