Duties and Responsibilities:
• receiving patient, checking insurance coverage, providing direct billing claim form or reimbursement to non-direct billing insurance card and assist patient to the doctor.
• Responsible for coordinating to different insurance company and supporting initiatives relative to the evaluation, processing, handling of insurance claims by submission, resubmission and reconciliation.
• Collecting payments to the patient thru cash or credit card based on the insurance co-payment record and providing invoice with complete details of the patients. For insurance by calling a courier to pick up a cheque and I will deposit immediately.
• Preparing claim submission in the tally input all the details in the eclaimlink and submit before the deadline of submission.
• Extracting payment advice in the DHPO based on the bank transfer paid by the insurance and record all the payments in the insurance finance provided.
• Handling cash, journals, payments and cheque for payments or collection.
